1. Receive

Your monthly letter pack arrives with quality writing paper, a thoughtful prompt, simple instructions and a pre-stamped, pre-addressed return envelope.

2. Write

Take a few minutes to put your thoughts, memories or stories onto paper. Use our prompt or write about whatever matters to you.

3. Return

Place your letter in the enclosed return envelope and post it back to us.

4. We keep it safe

Your letter stays sealed and is carefully stored with your collection until it's ready to be delivered.

You choose who receives them.

When you join, you'll tell us who you'd like your letters to eventually be given to.Your nominated loved one doesn't need to know about your membership.You'll also nominate a trusted contact who can let us know if we can't reach you or if you've passed away.When the time comes, we'll contact your nominated loved one and arrange for your collection of letters to be delivered to them.

How do I get started?Simply click Join the Club and complete your subscription through our secure payment page.What happens when I join?Your first envelope will then arrive with everything you need to get started, including a short form to provide your nominated loved one and trusted contact details.Can I change my nominated loved one, trusted contact or other details?Yes. If you need to update any of your details, simply email us at: [email protected].Do I have to follow the monthly prompt?No. The prompts are simply there for inspiration. You can write about whatever you'd like.

What happens if I miss a month?Nothing. We understand that life gets busy. If we don't receive two consecutive letters, we'll give you a friendly call to make sure everything is okay.What happens to my letters if I cancel?You can choose to have your letters returned to you, or keep them safely stored with us for £9.95 per month. Your letters will remain sealed and private until you choose to have them returned or delivered to your nominated loved one.Are my letters private?Yes. Your letters remain sealed and are safely stored until they're ready to be delivered to your nominated loved one.
